The Quarter is an apartment building developed by Signatura in Green Point, Cape Town. It consists of seventy one luxury apartments, parking garage and a commercial unit.
Our scope of work included the design, supply and installation of electronic security and data services for the building. The Quarter Development uses a the EvTrack Visitor Management and Access Control solution which manages and allows access for visitors, contractors employees, general parkers and tenants. This access control system allows permanent or time-limit access tokens to be issued and visitor data capture for adhoc visitors.
