The Point is a mixed used building developed in partnership between the Berman Brothers group and HCI. It has revitalised the urban spread of Sea Point, Cape Town and provides an excellent melting pot between retail, commercial and parking.
Our scope for the project included the design, supply and installation of an IP-based security system, as well as project management and continuous security system maintenance. Value added design work included 3D CCTV modelling, as well as access/control movement flow diagrams and equipment layout drawings.
