The Iron Works is a luxury apartment block developed by Land Equity in Woodstock, Cape Town on the site of a heritage building. It is a mixed used building consisting of 140 apartments over six stores, as well as 3 levels of parking, an office level and a ground floor retail area.
Our scope of work for the project included the design, supply and installation of all electronic services for the building.
