The Cosmopolitan is a luxury apartment development situated in the busy hub of regent road adjacent to the suburb of Bantry Bay in Cape Town.
We where involved in the design, supply and installation of all electronic services for the building. The building’s infrastructure is unique in that it features two data server rooms. One servicing the upper apartment levels of the building and a lower one servicing the parking units and retail space.
