The Hotel Verde Was A Unique Hotel For Its Time, Before Capetonians Where Concerned About Water And Electricity In Cape Town. It Aimed To Be Self Sufficient In Terms Of Electricity And Have An Extremely Low Usage Of Water. Eagle Was Appointed To Install The Cctv Video Surveillance System.
