The project was successfully completed in 2014.
WEX Living (WEX1) is a luxury apartment building situated In Trendy Woodstock, Cape Town.
Our scope of work for the project included the design, supply and installation of all electronic and security technology for the building.
This included the following:
- Hi-Definition IP CCTV Video Surveillance System with Two Guard Monitoring Stations.
- 2N IP RFID Access Control Readers with EvTrack Cloud Access Control.
- Hi-Definition IP CCTV Camera System with Embedded Network Video Recorders.
- Apartment Ubquiti WiFi Access Point with Copper & Fibre Infrastructure.
- Parking Payment System and Vehicle Boom Access/Control.
- SATV Hybrid Copper/Fibre Distribution System with Central Dish.
- Security Infrastructure Network with Managed Network Switching.
- VOIP Audio Intercom System For Inter-Apartment & Guard or Visitor Communication.
