The Verge is an apartment block developed by BBG and is located in the hustle and bustle of Sea Point, Cape Town. It consists of forty two apartments, a parking garage and a MacDonalds fastfood outlet. Entertainment Area.
We where responsible for the design, supply and integration of the electronics for the building including the following:

- Centurion Vehicle Gate Automation
- Fire Detection System
- Fire Refuge Intercom System
- Full HD IP CCTV Video Surveillance System
- RFID Pedestrian Access Control
