The project was successfully completed in 2019.
The Signature is a mixed use development situated on somerset road in green point, Cape Town. It consists of luxury apartments, commercial offices & Ground Floor restuarants.
We where involved in the design, supply and installation of all electronic services for the building.
The Signature uses a the EvTrack Visitor Management and Access Control solution which manages and allows access for visitors, employees and tenants. This system allows temporary credentials to be issued and visitor details to be scanned.
