The project was successfully completed in 2020.
The Millstock project is a unique development situated in the student area of Observatory in Cape Town. This new building houses a luxury car showroom on the ground floor and luxury student accommodation on the upper floors.
We where responsible for the design and supply of the electronic security system and the data infrastructure for the building. This included the following items:
- Biometric IP Access Control
- IP Intercom Door Station & Room Intercoms
- Hikvision IP CCTV Video Surveillance System
- Ubquiti WiFi & Network Data Infrastructure
- SATV Distribution with fibre LNB
- Turnstar Full Height Turnstile
- Fire Escape Alarm Door Monitoring
