The project was successfully completed in 2018.
The President Apartments is a luxury development situated on the old site of the President Hotel in Bantry Bay, Cape Town.
We where appointed for the initial security survey and then for the upgrade of the CCTV video surveillance system, intercom system and the access/control system.Our scope of work for the project included the design, supply and installation of the following services:
- 2N RFID IP Access Control System
- Hi-Definition IP CCTV Surveillance System Incorporating Full HD Cameras, Recording Systems & Security Client Stations
- 2N IP Verso Intercom System
- Distributed Copper & Fibre Security Network Infrastructure
