Clifton Terraces is an ultra-luxury apartment block in Clifton, Cape Town. It consists of two villas, ten unique apartments and three levels of parking.
Our scope of work for the project included the design, supply and installation of allelectronic security systems. This included:
- Apartment Alarm Systems.
- Alarm System with Security Desk Notification.
- Hi-Definition CCTV Video Surveillance System with Two Guard Monitoring Stations.
- RFID Access Control System.
- Hi-Definition IP CCTV Camera System with Exacq Video Management System (VMS).
- Last Mile Fibre Infrastructure Installation.
- SATV Hybrid Copper/Fibre Distribution System with Central Dish.
- Security Infrastructure Network with Managed Network Switching.
- Vehicle Access/Control Automated Booms.
- VOIP Audio Intercom System For Inter-Apartment & Guard or VisitorCommunication.
