The project was successfully completed in 2014.
The CCUS was developed by the Rabie Property Group and
is situated in Century City, Cape Town. It is a large mixed
use development consisting of a Hotel and Conference
Centre, Multi-Level Parking Garage Structure, a Residential
Apartment Block and a commercial office Building.
Our scope of work for this project included the design, supply and installation of all electronic security systems for the various buildings as well the fibre infrastructure to allow communication between areas and between buildings.
Security Systems Included:
- Hi-Definition Enterprise Level CCTV Video Surveillance System with Control Room CCTV Setup.
- Invixium Biometric Access Control Readers.
- IP Access/Control System with HID RFID Readers, Mercury EP1501 Controllers & Enterprise Level Software.
- Managed IP Network Switching Infrastructure with Fibre Optic Backbone.
- VOIP Audio Intercom System with Individual 2N IP Door Stations & Tenant Handsets.
