The project was successfully completed in 2019.
32 Napier is an apartment building adjacent to the Waterkant Cape Quarter Development in Green Point, Cape Town. It consists of eighteen luxury apartments and one top floor penthouse, a parking garage and a commercial unit.
Our scope of work included the design, supply and installation of electronic security and data infrastructure for the building.
2N IP Access Control and Intercom Units are used through-out and control the elevator access/control and access to the commercial unit, apartment floors and the penthouse.An interesting part of the project was that no SATV dish was allowed to be installed on the building so this was installed on the adjacent Cape Quarter Building and the SATV signal sent to 32 Naper over a fibre optic cable.
