CCUS was developed by the Rabie Property Group and is situated in Century City, Cape Town. It is a large mixed use development consisting of a Hotel and Conference Centre, Multi-Level Parking Garage Structure, a Residential Apartment Block and a commercial office Building.
Our scope of work for this project included all electronic security systems for the various buildings as well the fibre infrastructure to allow communication between areas and between buildings.
