53 Kloof is a luxury development situated in the exclusive suburb of Fresnaye in Cape Town. It consists of seven luxury apartments, as well as a parking garage.
We where involved in the design, supply and installation of all electronic services for the building. The building’s infrastructure is unique in that it features two data server rooms. One servicing the upper apartment levels of the building and a lower one servicing the parking units and retail space.
